Log into your CYYKM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Securely place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Ship to Warehouse

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
